The path is continuously marked with the sign M1.
The path leads from the village center of Messinghausen through the residential area to Sticklenberg with the Konstantin Cross. Here you have a very nice view over the village and the surrounding countryside. We hike along the northern edge of the forest to the county road and follow the markings back to the starting point.
