Brilon-Thülen (T2) 10 km

In the town center, St. Dionysius Church invites you to visit, a pillar church with a very beautiful Baroque altar and a remarkable baptismal font. The path leads south to the "Schwarzes Haupt" high road. Here, the damages caused by the hurricane Kyrill are clearly visible. Now the path continues permanently in a western direction, passing the breakfast spot. Here, the Brilon Schnade, specifically the Flower Schnade, which is held every 10 years (2002, 2012), takes its breakfast break. Alongside the Brilon airfield, the path passes by many limestone hills, which are a characteristic of the Brilon high plateau. Additionally, we pass by some disappearing streams. Here, small, temporarily flowing streams disappear into the limestone and continue underground. The path now leads eastwards back to the village of Thülen.
