Bonstapel Route A1

Experience nature on foot at heights of up to 300 m and along a route of about 2.4 km. Around 20 years ago, the "Bonstapel Nature Trail" was created in Vlotho to bring people closer to nature and nature closer to people.
This very attractive circular hiking trail extends for a length of about 2.4 km through the valley of the upper Linnenbeeke, past the mysterious "Seven Springs" up to Röntorfer Straße, past the Steinbründorf shelter between Nettelberg and Großer Selberg and then down again past Kleiner Selberg to the starting point at Hohenhausener Straße.
A total of 14 information boards along the wayside provide interesting information to the hikers about the local animal and plant life and point out other attractions.
