Pleasure tour TASTY LITTLE COUNTRY

The culinary tour LECKER-LÄNDCHEN highlights the great variety of regional products. On the 6.5 km long hiking trail through the Kasseler Heide and the idyllic Lauterbachtal, along fields, pastures and meadows, we get to know the Pleiser Ländchen - the fruit and vegetable pantry in the Siebengebirge Nature Park - and learn about the long tradition of this unique cultural landscape.

Along the way, we discover backgrounds on local agriculture and the products that the land produces at seven stations. We experience how humans have shaped this attractive cultural landscape and gain insights into old craft traditions, such as those of millers or bakers. While hiking, it is impossible not to want to try the delicious regional products offered by farm shops or markets in the Siebengebirge Nature Park. Various QR codes at the individual stations provide incentives, addresses, and further information.
