Upstream, it really gets wild, this time in the natural version. The hustle and bustle disappears, the ponds become quieter, alder carr woodlands are reflected in the water, and in the middle a cormorant peers from a dead branch. The nature reserve of Mittleres Broichbachtal preserves a primeval floodplain landscape and old slope forests that we can enjoy on attractive paths.
