Way of the Glances Stage 1, Length 15 km

From Linderhofe it goes over the Steinberg. At Krubberg and Kleeberg, hikers are treated to expansive views of the southwestern Kalletal, towards Lemgo as well as towards Hillentrup in the neighboring municipality of Dörentrup. On Kleeberg is located the airfield of the model flying club Lemgo e. V. founded in 1967, which finds ideal conditions here. At the idyllically situated equestrian facility Niedermeien, hikers will find a nice spot for a break with seating and a landscape lounger. Just before reaching the stage destination in Bavenhausen, the route grazes the oldest nature reserve in Lippe with the Teimer. Passing by a shelter and sports field, the windmill Bavenhausen on Windberg can already be seen from afar. Upon reaching the top, a seating area provides a panoramic view for a final rest.
