After you have left the highway bridge behind you once, you enter the forest area Puttenholz. Watch as the sun peeks through the shade-giving trees here. The highlight of this route is certainly the idyllic Mental. Follow the Menne on narrow paths through the lush meadows and enjoy the peace and quiet. Passing the quarry, you will return to Haaren through Ottensgrund between fields and meadows.
