Along the shores of Lake Stadtsee in Sulingen, cycling through fields and small villages, you will ride on this route to the Freistätt Field Railway with a sensory garden and gastronomy. In the past, peat cutters were connected to each other through the railway network of the moor railway. From Freistatt, you follow the Planet Trail, which leads you right through the moor landscape. In October and November, you should keep your eyes open here, as large groups of cranes often stop in this area. Now you drive along Handwerkerstraße to the Painter Museum in Wehrbleck. In the immediate vicinity, you will find unique restaurants that invite you to linger.
