Forest Adventure Trail Rehburg-Loccum

The new forest adventure trail in the Rehburger Mountains, approximately 2.3 km long, promises a nature experience for the whole family. The focus is on exploring the forest and its protective, beneficial, and recreational opportunities. Seeing, smelling, feeling, hearing: All these senses are engaged at 15 adventure stations.

A walk along the forest adventure trail is fun and stirs curiosity. The interactive elements convey a wealth of knowledge about the forest, trees and plants, as well as the animals that live in it. Participatory stations include, for example, a scent station, a forest classroom, a wild boar podium with a view into the forest, a nature memory game, and a walkable woodpecker tower.

Rest and picnic areas offer numerous seating options along the way.

There are three ways to access the forest adventure trail:
Loccum: Parking lot at the golf club, Hormannshausen 2a (0.5 km to the start), the fastest way to the adventure trail.
Münchehagen: Parking lot at the Dino Park, Alte Zollstraße 5 (approx. 1.5 km to the start).
Bad Rehburg: Parking lot at Romantik Bad Rehburg, Friedrich-Stolberg-Allee 4 (approx. 2.1 km to the start).
The paths to the forest adventure trail are signposted from all sides starting from June 4, 2022. Starting from either side is possible. Sturdy footwear is recommended.

At the restaurant "Panorama am Golfplatz Rehburg-Loccum" you can enjoy food & drinks, ice cream, coffee & cake all day long.

At the Dino Park Münchehagen, you can order food & drinks "to go". Please inquire at the ticket counter.
