Circular hike at Blümer Berg

Start of the hike is in the district of Blume. From there you reach the "Weserliedanlage" via Eichenweg, which offers a beautiful view of the old town and the confluence of the Werra and Fulda rivers into the Weser.

Crossing the street above the Weserliedanlage, you walk on soft mossy ground on a cross connection up to the "X13" student path, which leads through the forest on a well-paved asphalt surface. Here, always keep right - the "Jagdhaus Heede" and the "Düsterer Kellerbrunnen" are already signposted from the Weserliedanlage. The path runs parallel to the slope through a beautiful mixed forest, mostly dominated by beech trees, but also by spruces, oaks, and larches, and leads directly to the "Düsterer Kellerbrunnen", a fresh forest spring with a rest area at an old stone table (with a shelter). After the break, keep right and walk downhill towards the "Jagdhaus Heede", which invites you to strengthen yourself with an idyllic and beautifully located beer garden right on the edge of the forest. Via the Panoramaweg (marked with "Auge"), which offers a magnificent view of the city with its natural park at many points, you will return to the starting point.
