Family fun on the water: A whole week full of adventures awaits young and old!

First and foremost, it's about arriving – on the boat, which will be both home and vehicle for the next period of time. For the crew, this means unpacking clothes and toys. Meanwhile, the cook takes care of the fridge – and the captain familiarizes himself with the new mode of transportation under the expert guidance of the boat rental owner. The adventurers spend the first night in the harbor, gently rocked to sleep and dreaming of the planned boat tour through the Ruppiner Seenland.
The next morning, the command is "Cast off". The destination for day two is Mildenberg, more specifically, the Marina Alter Hafen. And then the Brickyard Park is stormed. It is both a technology museum and an adventure playground – where every family member will find something to their liking.

On the third day, the adventurous journey to Fürstenberg/Havel is on the agenda. On this stretch, everyone becomes lock professionals! Because there are four locks to pass through. With each lock, the teamwork on board improves a little bit more! After an overnight stay in the Marina Fürstenberg, the journey continues over the Woblitz through the "Green Canyon" for a detour to Lychen. From the city pier, you can once again feel solid ground under your feet – at this point, incidentally, Uckermark soil...

The return journey on day five leads to Himmelpfort – where Santa Claus has his own post office. You can dock at the floating pier of the Stolpsee boathouse – and then see if Santa Claus happens to be there?
After the overnight stay, the itinerary for day six says: back to Mildenberg! Now the little lock professionals can experience the adventure route in the opposite direction. And the best part: the day after, there's time for the Brickyard Park again – who hasn't been yet, who wants to go again?
In the evening, it's back to the starting point in Zehdenick. Rocked to sleep by the waves one more time, but the next morning everyone must bid farewell to their floating temporary home...

Duration: 8 days/7 nights

Water profile: The Havel river meanders strongly, Himmelpfort and Fürstenberg/Havel offer wide lakes. The Woblitz is a mostly straight river with few turns, flowing into the vast Großer Lychensee lake.

Nautical information: Locks are located in Schorfheide, Zaaren, Regow, Bredereiche, and Himmelpfort (for the detour to Lychen).

Gas stations: Boat refueling stations are located in the Marina Zehdenick and in the Marina "Neuer Hafen" in Mildenberg.

This tour was tested with the barrier-free boat type "Febomobil" from the company Kuhnle-Tours. The recommended docking points fit well with the freeboard height of this boat type (waterline to top of deck: between 40 cm and 55 cm, depending on water level).
