The route is suitable for jogging, walking, Nordic walking or (health) hiking - depending on your own desire, endurance, and fitness.

Surface: cobblestones, asphalt, forest floor in Niemtscher Park
Start/Finish: Senftenberg city harbor / direction playground at Dr. Otto-Rindt memorial stone, other entry points e.g. at the parking lot in Niemtsch on Seestraße
Route: Near the lakeshore to Niemtsch - Niemtscher Park - back along the Schwarze Elster
