Route out to Duala

Once out in the indescribable nature of Borkum? The best way to do this is with the tour to Duala. Starting at the Tourist Information, the 19-kilometer route leads via Hindenburgstraße, Barbaraweg, and the forest nature trail, past the airfield directly into the beautiful Ostland. By the bus stop "FKK" you also have the opportunity to visit the monument in honor of the Prussian General Otto von Emmich.
Arriving in Ostland, make your way into the untouched nature of Duala. There you can visit the Oostbake or enjoy the view over the entire island from the viewpoint dune. If you walk - or drive - over the New Dyke and through the island grove "Greune Stee", you will come back to the promenade and the town center.
