Description

At the end of Rathausstraße, opposite the stave church, turn left. After a few meters, turn right and go uphill towards the "Rodelbahn". Follow this path for about 200 meters. You will reach the Schalker Grabenweg (marking: 5G, blue cross), which will lead you to the Upper Grumbacher Teich. The path offers beautiful views over the Middle and Upper Grumbacher Teich. A dining option is available, for example, at Café Egerland. Either take the same path back to Hahnenklee or turn right at Café Egerland and follow the cleared hiking trail from Kreuzeck via Bockswiese back to Hahnenklee.
