The connecting element on this easily accessible route is the river valley of the Else with the historical traces of the special relationship between humans and the river: water mills and weirs, impoundment and regulation. Through the realm of otters, beavers, kingfishers, and nightingales, the journey in the valley of the Else offers many beautiful views of the wide countryside.
