Along romantic Geest villages, the 37 km long bike tour leads you out into vast moorland areas. In particular, the typical Moorhufensiedlung Augustendorf (street village by Jürgen Christian Findorff) invites you to experience nature with the Historical Moorhof as well as the nature reserve Huvenhoopsmoor including the Moor Adventure Path and viewing platform. A special witness of time is the memorial site Lager Sandbostel. The 23 buildings on the grounds of the former prisoner of war camp house, among other things, a multimedia exhibition on the history of the camp.
