From Bremke, the route follows the Wenne along the old railway track to the Ruhr River in Wennemen. You follow the Ruhr upstream to the district town of Meschede in the Hochsauerlandkreis. After a short climb, you cycle along the shore of the Henne Reservoir. The various bathing spots of the lake invite you to take a refreshing swim on warm summer days. A short detour to Erflinghausen and you are already rolling back to the starting point in Bremke.
