Come along on a round trip along the borders of Voerde, which offers you all facets of Voerde:
the idyllic Rhine villages of Mehrum and Orkdas, the historic and over 1000-year-old Rhine village of Götterswickerhamm with the Evangelical Church designed by the Prussian architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel, the medieval Gerichtslinde, and the iconic tower "Haus Storchennest", the wide view from the Rhine dike over the course of the Rhine and the surrounding meadows, sheep grazing on the dike or casually chewing and blocking the way, the Friedrichsfeld lock, connecting the Wesel-Datteln Canal with the Rhine.
