Hiking trail around golfcourse Motzen

The hike starts and ends at the Haus des Gastes in Motzen, which is also home to a museum. The trail circles the golf course, which opened its gates in 1991. During the hike, golf can be experienced "up close and personal". The golf course was expanded in 2013 to a 145-hectare area and offers a 27-hole championship course among other things.
The hiking trail leads over both paved and natural ground through the village and the adjacent fields and forests. The hill "Kahler Berg" offers far views of the village and Lake Motzen. A detour to the beach area at Lake Motzener See is worthwhile at any time of year.
