The Ried lies between Bodman and Ludwigshafen: a beautiful nature reserve that extends over 130 hectares and offers protection for numerous breeding and resting birds. At ten stations and a platform, you will learn exciting and interesting facts about the flora and fauna in this habitat.

The approximately four-kilometre-long trail is suitable for the whole family - including those with baby carriages. The trail is also suitable for people with limited mobility. Enjoy the idyllic landscape on a relaxing walk along the way. There are fantastic views of the lake from the viewing platform and from the shore.
