Hauptwanderweg ('Baumgruppe') (Klingenbrunn Bahnhof - Bucina)

The main hiking trail not only bears the main tree species of the typical mixed forests in the national park on its symbol (group of trees with spruce, fir and beech), it also leads through many different habitats.

The main hiking trail begins at Klingenbrunn station and leads over the moorland forest footbridge and through the forest play area near Spiegelau. It continues along the edge of the felt forest to Diensthüttenstraße and to Guglöd. Passing the mountain village of Waldhäuser, the trail then runs through the open-air animal enclosure at the Lusen National Park Center and continues through the rocky hiking area. The trail continues along the Steinbach stream into the Reschbach valley. The Reschbach finally accompanies us to the Reschbachklause, from there it goes to the summit of the Siebensteinkopf and to the end of the main hiking trail at the Teufelshänge/Bucina border crossing.
