The 'Wolf' circular trail leads from the Hochschachten cycle parking lot over the Hochschachten, a former forest pasture area with gnarled maple trees, and onwards along plank paths into the Latschenfilz with its characteristic low-growing bog pines, the Latschen. The highlight is the Latschensee, a so-called bog eye.
