The 'Siebenschläfer' circular trail leads once around the Zwieslerwaldhaus enclave. From the P1 parking lot at the entrance to Zwieslerwaldhaus, the trail first leads along the Große Deffernik to the Brechhäuslau parking lot and then on to the Mittelsteighütte primeval forest relict area, which has been under protection for over 100 years and is a refuge for biodiversity and a retreat for endangered species thanks to its abundance of deadwood. At the edge of the forest, you return to the starting point.
