On the Steinberg there was a former missile station during the Cold War. It offers a grandiose view to the Hermannsdenkmal in the Teutoburg Forest on one side and to the Weser Mountains with the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument on the other side. The tour offers impressive landscape panoramas and natural sections of the path.
