"Ulmbacher Höhenrunde" Spessartspur

The Spessart trail starts at the end of the Stubbachweg and from here always runs in the open countryside around the western hills of Ulmbach. It first heads north with a view of the Vogelsberg and then west along the "Stubbach bei Ulmbach" nature reserve.
The trail then leads the hiker westwards and the view extends south into the Kinzig valley and the Spessart. High above Ulmbach, within sight of the Galgenberg at 421.3 meters, a seating area at the elevated water tank invites you to take a break before heading back down to the starting point.
