The hiking trail is a section of the "Wesenitzwanderweg", which leads from the source of the Wesenitz in Hohwald (Upper Lusatia) to its confluence with the Elbe in Saxon Switzerland. The section in West Lusatia is marked with a green line. From the market square in Stolpen, the Wesenitz Valley Trail is marked with a blue dot.
