As starting points for this circular route, we recommend the villages of Kleinröhrsdorf and Wallroda. There are hardly any inclines on the route. It runs continuously on comfortable paths. The highlights of the route are the Wallroda reservoir and the extensive forest area of Massenei. The hiking trail is consistently marked with a yellow dot.
With a bit of stamina, this route can also be combined with the "Rund um Sachsenmilch" hiking trail.
