Rund um Weißwasser/O.L. (Tour 4 im Landkreis Görlitz)

Your 38.5-kilometre circular cycle tour begins in Weißwasser/O.L., where it is worth visiting the traditional glass museum, the zoo, the "Am Schweren Berg" observation tower and the Muskau forest railroad. Once you arrive in Krauschwitz, you cycle past a number of - still inhabited - timber-framed houses and one of the oldest iron foundries in Germany, today's Keulahütte. The Krauschwitz Adventure World is a wonderful place to relax and take a sauna. The highlight of your cycle tour is Bad Muskau with its UNESCO World Heritage Prince Pückler Park. Plan a little more time for a walk in the park or a visit to the New Palace with its fantastic Pückler exhibition and enjoy the atmosphere of the picturesque park on both the German and Polish sides. Then cycle via Gablenz to Kromlau. Here we recommend a detour to the unique azalea and rhododendron park, which is the largest of its kind in Germany. A stop at Halbendorfer See and the exciting Reinert Ranch in Trebendorf are further interesting destinations along your tour back to Weißwasser/O.L.
