Hike along the Moersbach.

A regional green belt connects the Fildmeer (Schwafheimer Meer) with the Repelener Meer. The Moersbach is always a close companion to hikers. The approx. 17 km long tour initially leads through the leisure and castle park to Moerser Schloss. From there, it follows the stream to Jungbornpark in Moers-Repelen. Established in 1898 as a spa park, the town developed into a world-famous spa town through the homeopathic healing methods of the Protestant pastor Emanuel Felke. Today, the Felke Association revives the park's past with the barefoot path, the Felke Museum, and numerous activities in the green areas. The path continues from the park to the village church in Repelen. The origins of the church date back to the year 700. The church is one of the oldest buildings in the Lower Rhine region. From here, the path leads back to the starting point along the Moersbach. Just before reaching the destination, a visit to the gastronomy in the old town of Moers is worthwhile.
