Along various branches of the River Hase, past the holiday lake and the Dyke Lake, the educational trail leads from the historical town center of the old castle and Hanseatic town of Quakenbrück into the water-rich delta. A particular attraction is the fish ladder, which replaces the old 4-meter-high overflow and thus enables the fish to migrate upstream again. Information boards along the way provide a deeper insight into nature. Resting benches, a covered rest area, and a wave lounger invite you to relax.
