Rund um den Wendelstein (Tour Nr. 9 aus dem "RadlTraum Süd")

The Wendelstein is one of the most famous mountains in the Tegernsee-Schliersee Alpine region. Due to its accessibility by cog railroad from Brannenburg or by cable car from Osterhofen / Bayrischzell, it is easy to reach, which can spoil the enjoyment of a real mountaineer, but makes it an extremely panoramic mountain for the whole community, including families and senior citizens. Mountain biking at the summit is therefore not possible. That is why there is a tour around the Wendelstein with a total of more vertical meters than a normal direct tour to the summit.

The tour offers a mountain biker everything: from asphalt roads to huge forest roads to smaller forest roads with little traffic, a pleasure for the ambitious biker.

Attention: Pay attention to the carrying route down into the Jenbach valley.
