A tip right at the start: If you do the tour on Thursdays, you can stroll through the Green Market, the weekly farmers' market on the beautiful Miesbach market square (06:30 to 13:00). However, there will be no shortage of refreshments over the next 8 kilometers.
You walk directly along the Schlierach (a tributary of the Mangfall) to Agatharied. Here you can admire the late Gothic church of St. Agatha. And the short detour to the Lantenhammer adventure distillery is well worthwhile.
Afterwards, you cross the Schlierach several times and walk directly through Hausham, where there are numerous places to stop for refreshments. A small detour is required for the Huberalm or Huabaoim at the foot of the Huberspitz - but it's worth it.
Continue via Abwinkl to the Kurweg, which you follow to the north shore of Schliersee. Relax in the Kurpark and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains (and maybe grab a bite to eat and a drink?!) before heading to the train station in Schliersee.
