The mountain running route starts at Tannerfeld and first leads over a short stretch of asphalt, then a forest path and hiking trail along the 1-seater chairlift to its mountain station. From there, you run a short distance on the asphalt road to the "Kanonenrohr" junction, where a high alpine trail continues to the reservoir. After circling the lake, the trail leads directly to the finish, the Walleralm.
