The Taubenstein ski area has been closed for several years and therefore offers perfect terrain for ski tourers. The former pistes are mostly on easy slopes, while the Jägerkamp to the north-east of the former ski area is also a great day tour for beginners. With its charming views, it is a beautiful mountain and a sunny tour thanks to its southern exposure.
Refreshments available at the Schönfeldhütte.
Please keep to the ascents and descents indicated and pay attention to the wildlife reserves and forest/wildlife protection areas!
