The route leads via the Anklalmen and the north ridge up to the prominent local mountain of Schliersee - the Brecherspitze or "Brecherspitz". The descent is via the partly rope-secured west ridge and the Obere Firstalm to the Spitzingsattel, from here on a path back to Neuhaus.
