The Prinzenweg between Schliersee and Tegernsee is the classic non-car route. It goes up and down, with beautiful views and opportunities to stop for a bite to eat. But from the front. At the beginning, you can get a nice start over the Wallenburger Kogel, it goes steadily uphill, but not too steep. Once you arrive in Ostin, you descend to the Tegernsee. There you can treat yourself to a cool down, for example. The route then continues along the Prinzenweg. Once you arrive in Schliersee, you can also cool off in the lake.
So don't forget your swimming trunks.
