Rundweg von Wörnsmühl

In Wörnsmühl to Leitzach, do not cross the bridge there, but follow the tarred road (Ww. "Grandau") on the eastern bank. You pass Drachenthal and come to another bridge. Cross it and turn left onto the path (W2a), which now continues along the western bank of the Leitzach (Ww. "Hundham, Fischbachau"). Ignore the junction to Brunnfeld. The path becomes wide again and soon leads clearly
above the Leitzach. At the fork, we do not follow the signpost "Fischbachau", but turn left onto the signpost "Hundham/Achau". The sandy road leads down to Unterachau. South towards Oberachau to a new fork in the road. Here again do not turn right (Fischbachau), but left and up the slope on a sandy path (Ww. "Hundham, Elbach"). The unpaved path leads into a road. After a few houses, do not continue right to Elbach, but turn left ("Ww. Hundham, Wörnsmühl").
You walk through Ahrain and come to a farm with the sign "Schreiern", which is where we want to go. Over a meadow slope down to the fork. There follow the sign "W2" ("Grabenau"). Head directly towards Brunnfeld and up the driveway to the defiant farm. Now comes the crunch point (in foggy weather): it is best to pass the farm on the right and keep slightly to the right to a long fringe of trees. After a few meters you will come to a passage at the fence. On the other side, on meadow paths between
two fences, keep right to Grabenau. Do not follow the path "Drachental" but the one to Schreiern. It goes directly past an old chapel and the associated farm on the right. Follow the path across the meadow in a northerly direction to Schreiern.
From Schreiern, we head north towards Wörnsmühl.
