Kneipp-Tour

We start our healthy tour at the mini golf course in Bayrischzell. From here we walk to Melkstatt to the 1st Kneipp facility. Now it's time to take off our shoes, kick off our feet and really take a dip! Walk in the pool or tread on the spot, pulling one foot out of the water with each step. Don't dry off afterwards, just wipe the water off your legs with your hands, then get moving again. We get this exercise on our hike. We pass the Tannerhof sanatorium, cross the main road and follow the Sudelfeldstraße downhill to the Schonbornkapelle chapel. Here we find the 2nd Kneipp facility on the right. Want to get back into the fun? Kneipp is healthy! It stimulates the circulation, improves blood flow, strengthens the veins, boosts the metabolism and toughens up. After our 2nd Kneipp bath, we continue via Parapluie and waterfalls along the railroad to Osterhofen. The 3rd Kneipp facility is located directly at the railroad station. Finally, we find the fourth facility in Geitau. All we have to do is follow the path from Osterhofen. If you are now tired from Kneipp therapy and hiking, you can take the Bayerische Oberlandbahn back to Bayrischzell. By the way: a Kneipp bath is recommended after hikes or physical and mental fatigue.
