Heuberg-Runde barrierearm

There are 16 barrier-free/low-barrier trails in Schönbuch Nature Park that can be used by wheelchair users and families with children.
The offers are well described so that visitors can get an idea of the trail in advance. Nevertheless, an accompanying person is always recommended.

The Heuberger Tor with its well-paved parking area is the starting point for the circular route via Millionensträßle to Hölzles Tor and back to the parking lot. The circular route runs on well-surfaced forest paths and even on asphalt along the edge of the forest. Only an approx. 250m long section from the ridge path to Hölzles Tor is well surfaced but can be a little slippery due to falling leaves, depending on the time of year. At the end of the route there is a steep slope (8%; approx. 200m). Therefore, please follow the specified walking direction. The circular route is marked with light green signposts.There are wonderful views of the Swabian Alb, Hohenzollern Castle and the Wurmlinger Chapel along the way. Several seating areas are available.
