Very attractive and varied all-day tour through the northern Saarland. Special highlights include crossing the idyllic Ostertal valley and cycling over the old railroad viaduct high above Oberkirchen

Tour route: St. Wendel - Oberlinxweiler - Dörrenbach - Werschweiler - Niederkirchen - Marth - Osterbrücken - Haupersweiler - Oberkirchen - Grügelborn - Roschberg - Baltersweiler - Urweiler - St. Wendel

Follow the Saar-Oster-Höhen-Radweg with the red Saarland logo towards Dörrenbach. Shortly before the village, turn left onto the Saarland cycle path with the yellow Saarland logo and follow the signs to Freisen. At the former Grügelborn railroad station, turn left onto the Weiselberg cycle path in the direction of Grügelborn. Immediately after the village, leave the Weiselberg cycle path and continue straight ahead following the signs to Baltersweiler. Via quiet village roads, along the railroad line to Urweiler. Back to St. Wendel.
