The Härtelwald route is particularly suitable for beginners. The circular route, which is largely based on forest paths, starts at the Bergmannskreuz with a replica of a mine tunnel, a hiking parking lot at the end of Marpingen in the direction of Urexweiler on the left, and leads past the source of the Härtelwald spring with a place of worship, water tap and Kneipp facility (foot and arm basin). There you have the opportunity to take a break and refresh yourself inside and out.
