The "Drei-Kapellen-Runde" takes you on a 7.1-kilometer route
around Bergweiler. It passes three historically significant chapels dating from the 13th to the early 18th century.
The hiking trail starts at the communication square in the center of
Bergweiler with the St. Erasmus Chapel. The listed chapel was built in 1784 in honor of the holy martyr Erasmus and pilgrimages were made to the chapel until the middle of the 20th century. An intermediate stop is the "Heiligenhäuschen", a forest chapel located in the Himmelberg forest. It is said to have been built in 1720 by a French officer in gratitude for his recovery. The last stop on the hiking trail is the "Blasius Chapel" on the Blasiusberg near Bergweiler, which dates back to the 13th century. The current chapel dates back to 1716 and has remained the historical gem of the village of Bergweiler ever since. From the Blasiusberg, the trail finally leads back to the starting point in the center of Bergweiler.
