Following in the footsteps of the messenger "Beuremer Elsa", who once commuted between Mössingen, Belsen and Beuren, this hike takes us to Beuren. The village, which belongs to Hechingen, lies in a secluded location on a plateau below the Dreifürstenstein and is a popular destination for hikers.
From the Alten Morgen viewpoint in Belsen (barbecue area), the route leads through forest and heathland (nature reserve) to the remote village of Beuren (refreshments available). We return via the open plateau, the Bukensteig trail and the Geißbach valley with its adjacent orchards.</p
