An entertaining circular hike that offers outstanding geological, botanical, cultural and scenic highlights with the temporary "Talheimer Wasserfälle" waterfalls in the Wangenbach valley and the "Kornbühl" mountain with its protected rough pastures and the famous "Salmendinger Kapelle" chapel. The Albtrauf at its best, so to speak.
First through orchards and along the edge of the forest, then through the forest to the Talheim waterfalls, which are impressive after rainfall, and over the Untere Halde and Obere Halde to the Alb plateau high up on the Kornbühl. The chapel offers a unique panoramic view. The way back is through the Wangenbach valley.
