Wandering where the broom hangs - where quarter-swallowers like to stop off!
Starting from Löchgau, you will reach Erligheim after a few kilometers, where culinary highlights await you in the Besenwirtschaften. King Frederick's favorite horse Helene is buried in Freudental and a mare memorial has been dedicated to her. In Bietigheim-Bissingen, it is also a good idea to quench your hunger and thirst in a Besenwirtschaft. The route leads through Bietigheim's old town back to Löchgau on well-maintained field and forest paths. The local wine taverns also offer home-made wines and hearty meals.
