Health path 3 "BLUE"

The Bad Essener health paths...
are ideal terrain paths for a moderate cardiovascular workout in the fresh air and natural landscape.

They are suitable for therapeutic walking, hiking, Nordic walking, and jogging. All three paths are circular routes that start opposite the saltwater outdoor pool. They have different lengths between 3 and 5 km. The health paths are individually measured according to altitude profile and assessed in a medical report based on the stress requirements.

Health path 3 "BLUE" is a varied path without major inclines through the historic town center and along the Mittelland Canal, always sunny, well-maintained path, always paved or gravel, some parts along the Mittelland Canal are exposed to normal wind, otherwise sheltered from the wind,
