Field round

The route leads once around the district of Gestfeld. The first section leads in an easterly direction along a cycle path through the green areas and meadows of a residential area to Diephramsweg. Here you can catch a glimpse of the former Diephram water castle. The knight's seat was first mentioned in a document in 1369. The route continues southwards along the dried-up stream bed of Parsickgraben. In the green area on Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Straße, there is a small lake and plenty of benches for a short rest or a picnic in the greenery. Then the path continues along Gestfeldstraße past a residential area to the right and meadows to the left. At House Gestfeldstr. 85, a cycle and footpath leads back into the district of Gestfeld. On the way back to the starting point, you experience the hustle and bustle of the school yards and sports facilities of the adjacent school center.
