Walk west along a country lane. You will pass a riding arena and enter a small wooded area. You are now walking right next to the Treene. Turn left before the highway bridge, walk a short distance next to the bridge and turn left again onto the forest path. Here you soon come to a field path and walk between fields and meadows. When you reach the L317, you have two options:You can walk directly along the road back to your starting pointYou cross the L317, turn into the "Ballbeck" road and follow the signs to the sheepfold. At a T-junction, keep left towards the pilgrimage route. You will now see the sheepfold on your right. With a bit of luck, you may see a few lambs in the meadow. Leave the sheepfold on your right, follow the tarred road and after a little while turn left onto Froschweg. Follow this until you reach the L317.
