Hike "Around the Treßsee"

12.2 km - 2:30 h | Starting point: Parking lot at the Großsolt youth center

You start near the Großsolt church directly on the Bondenau. You follow the signs for the Rehweg trail for most of the hike. Your path first leads you to the L267. Here you walk a short distance to the left and then turn right into Oeverseer Straße. Leave the Rehweg at an information board and continue along the Moorweg. You come to the district of Großsoltwesterholz. Here you come to the Rehweg again. After the village, you will occasionally catch glimpses of the Treßsee lowlands with the Treßsee lake on the right-hand side. In the settlement of Augaard, you pass the first bridge over the Treene and continue along gravel quarries to the dune on the Treßsee (nature reserve). Here, with a bit of luck, you will meet the shepherdess with her flock. You continue between meadows and pastures and pass the Kielstau over the Grühbrück bridge - also known as the Hexenbrücke bridge.
