4.3 km - 0:50 h | Starting point: Café "Kiek in" on the L317

You walk around the entire lake on a narrow hiking trail and return to the starting point after approx. 4.5 km. There are lots of interesting things to discover along the way. There are many information boards and exploration games for children around the lake. Would you like to visit the church in Oeversee? Then turn left at the viewing platform in the direction of Oeversee, walk past a farm and reach the church after crossing the road "Am Oeverseering". If you wish, you can continue along the signposted "Jens-Thaysen-Weg" after this loop. Worth seeing:Lake SankelmarkSt. George's Church in OeverseeSankelmark Academy
